New to our Shelves!
The Library Will Start To Accept Book Donations Monday May 16th
We are happy to accept donations of gently used books and DVD’s (we DO NOT ACCEPT magazines, textbooks, encyclopedias or visibly worn or damaged items). If the items donated do not fit our collections needs, we will pass them along to the Friends of the Library for their annual summer book sale in July.
Is meditation just woo woo, new age stuff…or is there real benefit to it? Join Dr. JoAnn Tully, DC, for a discussion on the benefits of meditation, what it is, how you do it, and why it should be an important part of your regular routine for better health and mental clarity. We will even do a short meditation so you can experience this for yourself!
